Geography and storage: We do not offer products or services on this Platform outside India. Your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India.
1) What we collect
We collect the following categories of information, as applicable:
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, gender, professional registration number, organization/clinic information.
- Account and usage data: login details, role/permissions, feature usage, preferences, log files, device identifiers, IP address, browser/OS, timestamps, referral URLs, cookie identifiers, and analytics events.
- Payment data: limited payment details necessary to process transactions (amount, transaction IDs, instrument type). Full card or bank credentials are processed by payment partners.
- Healthcare/clinical data (where applicable): audio of doctor–patient encounters for voice-to-text transcription, transcriptions, notes, diagnoses, prescriptions, vitals, past history, investigations, EMR data, and other health information provided to or through the Platform.
- Professional KYC/ABDM data: documents and identifiers required for ABDM modules (e.g., PHR/HMIS), consent artifacts, and audit logs consistent with ABDM guidelines.
You can always choose not to provide information; however, some features may not be available.
2) How we collect
- Directly from you: during registration, onboarding, support requests, and while using features.
- From your organization: if your clinic/hospital registers you or configures your access.
- Automatically: via cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies for security and analytics.
- From integrated partners: EMR/HIMS, labs, pharmacies, ABDM modules, and payment gateways, subject to their privacy policies and your consents.
